Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Carrollton, TX, seeks an experienced maintenance technician to drive reliability on high-speed plastics manufacturing lines. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on blow molders and automated equipment, troubleshoot across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic domains, and document equipment histories in MaintainX.

The role requires strong hands-on skills, ability to work night shift 10:00 pm–6:30 am, overtime as needed, and commitment to safety

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting in mechanical, electrical, and controls domains.
• Proactive, independent contributor who thrives in a team environment.
• Available for overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Preventive and corrective maintenance on blow molders (EBM, SBM), conveyors, packers, and automated equipment.
• Advanced fault-finding across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Use of hand/power tools, multimeters, and PLC interfaces to quickly diagnose and resolve issues.
• Cross-functional collaboration with production to reduce downtime and enhance throughput.
• Knowledge transfer: provide technical guidance and training to maintenance peers.
• Accurate recordkeeping in CMMS (MaintainX); maintain detailed equipment histories.
• Complete end-of-shift reports and ensure effective daily/nightly shift hand-offs.
• Support installations, upgrades, and process improvements across the facility.
• Strict adherence to LOTO, GMP, and PPE; promote a strong safety culture.
