Role snapshotDrive reliability on high-speed plastics manufacturing lines through disciplined maintenance, rapid troubleshooting, and precise documentation.Core responsibilitiesPreventive and corrective maintenance on blow molders (EBM, SBM), conveyors, packers, and automated equipment.Advanced fault-finding across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.Use of hand/power tools, multimeters, and PLC interfaces to quickly diagnose and resolve issues.Cross-functional collaboration with production to reduce downtime and enhance throughput.Knowledge transfer: provide technical guidance and training to maintenance peers.Accurate recordkeeping in CMMS (MaintainX); maintain detailed equipment histories.Complete end-of-shift reports and ensure effective daily/nightly shift hand-offs.Support installations, upgrades, and process improvements across the facility.Strict adherence to LOTO, GMP, and PPE; promote a strong safety culture.Technical toolkitPLCs, VFDs, and industrial automation systems.Blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals—read, interpret, and apply.Machine shop and fabrication equipment: mills, lathes, grinders, welding.CMMS proficiency with preventive maintenance scheduling (MaintainX experience preferred).Qualifications5+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience.Strong troubleshooting in mechanical, electrical, and controls domains.Proactive, independent contributor who thrives in a team environment.Available for overtime as needed.Work scheduleNight Shift, Monday–Friday, 10:00 pm – 6:30 am.
