Job summary

Ecore Athletic in York, PA is seeking an electro-mechanical maintenance technician to support our manufacturing operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing production equipment and facility systems. This hands-on role involves working with PLC systems, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and electro‑mechanical controls to keep lines running, improve reliability, and prevent downtime.

You’ll diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and document work performed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electro-Mechanics or related field or completion of an Electromechanical Maintenance Apprenticeship.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial machinery.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, line diagrams, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Experience with AC/DC motor drives and electrical controls.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and machinery.
• Diagnose machine malfunctions and determine necessary repairs or adjustments.
• Dismantle, inspect, repair, replace, and reassemble defective components.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Frequently test and verify operational performance after repairs.
• Read blueprints and schematics to guide maintenance.
