Job summary

Nature’s Way, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift (Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:00pm) to support facility upkeep and repair of manufacturing and distribution equipment. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance and timely work orders.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic/hydraulic, HVAC, and electrical systems, coordinating maintenance projects, documenting work, and seeking cost-saving improvements. Strong mechanical background preferred.

Qualifications

• Industrial mechanic's degree or certification with electrical/mechanical repair background.
• Minimum 5–8 years related work experience in facility maintenance.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of automation control is a plus.
• Ability to read European/American electrical, mechanical schematics and prints.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day facility upkeep and equipment repair and preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild mechanical, pneumatic/hydraulic, HVAC and electrical/electronic equipment.
• Suggest cost-saving upgrades to equipment and changes to improve performance.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and the Preventative Maintenance program.
