Job summary

Nature’s Way in Green Bay, WI is hiring a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 2:00pm–10:00pm). The role entails upkeep of manufacturing and distribution equipment, routine PMs, and minor repairs to ensure optimal plant operations.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of related experience, an industrial mechanic background, and proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems. Valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Industrial mechanic degree or certification with electrical/mechanical repair background.
• 5–8 years related maintenance experience preferred.
• Facility maintenance experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day facility upkeep and equipment repair.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic/hydraulic, electrical systems.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance SOPs and programs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on maintenance projects.
