Job summary

Nature’s Path in Sussex, WI is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for day and night rotations to keep our food manufacturing lines running safely and efficiently. You will perform preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, read blueprints, and support continuous production.

We value hands-on problem solving, 2–3 years of relevant experience, and the ability to operate tools and PLC tasks in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience as a mechanical/electrical technician
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred
• Strong problem solving and mechanical aptitude

Responsibilities

• Respond to production floor maintenance calls from machine operators
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and machine breakdown repairs to ensure continuous production
• Attend crew transition meetings and daily maintenance meetings
• Read blueprints, manuals, and mechanical drawings
• Perform electrical troubleshooting on 480V 3-phase systems and repair motors
