Job summary

Nature’s Way, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Technician on the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:00pm-10:00pm) in Green Bay, Wisconsin. You will assist with daily facility upkeep and repair manufacturing/distribution equipment, and perform preventative maintenance to keep the plant in top condition.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic/hydraulic, HVAC and electrical systems; support SOP/PM programs; coordinate with cross-functional teams; and ensure accurate documentation while sourcing parts as needed.

Qualifications

• Industrial mechanic's degree or certification with electrical/mechanical repair background and 5–8 years related experience.
• Experience in facility maintenance is a plus.
• Knowledge of SOP and GMP guidelines for the position.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day facility upkeep and manufacturing/distribution equipment repair and preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild mechanical, pneumatic/hydraulic, HVAC and electrical/electronic equipment.
• Suggest cost-saving upgrades to equipment and changes to improve performance of equipment.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of SOPs and the Preventative Maintenance program.
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional people regarding maintenance projects and requests.
• Source and order parts and supplies when needed.
• Complete maintenance work orders by requested due dates.
