Job summary

Nature’s Way is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift to support daily facility upkeep, repair of manufacturing/distribution equipment, and preventative maintenance ensuring operational readiness.

You will troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, HVAC, and electrical systems, propose upgrades, and help maintain GMP procedures. Industrial mechanics training with 5–8 years’ experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Industrial mechanic's degree or certification with electrical/mechanical repair background
• Minimum of 5–8 years related work experience in facility maintenance
• GMP environments experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day facility upkeep and equipment repair and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild mechanical, pneumatic/hydraulic, HVAC and electrical/electronic equipment
• Suggest cost-saving upgrades to equipment and changes to improve performance
• Assist with development and maintenance of SOPs and Preventative Maintenance program
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on maintenance projects and requests
• Complete maintenance work orders by requested due dates
