Job summary

Nature’s Way in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 2:00pm–10:00pm). Assist with daily facility upkeep, repair manufacturing equipment, and perform preventative maintenance to keep facilities in top condition.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic/hydraulic, HVAC, and electrical systems, propose upgrades, and help develop SOPs. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in this GMP-like, health-focused organization.

Qualifications

• Industrial mechanic's degree or certification with electrical/mechanical repair background.
• Minimum 5–8 years related work experience; facility maintenance a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair facility equipment and PM procedures.
• Knowledge of safety policy and lockout/tagout procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily facility upkeep including equipment repair and preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic/hydraulic, HVAC, and electrical equipment.
• Suggest cost-saving upgrades and improve equipment performance.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and the Preventive Maintenance program.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on maintenance projects.
• Maintain office furniture and equipment and source parts as needed.
• Perform extra duties as needed and support snow removal and lighting tasks.
