Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Maintenance Operative to perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment. You will support safety and reliability initiatives across our manufacturing sites in Alabama, contributing to predictable uptime and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, preventive actions, tooling design input, and collaboration with engineering on special projects.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED and trade school training.
• 1+ years of electromechanical or hydraulic systems experience.
• 1+ years of maintenance in a continuous manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled and emergency maintenance on production equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on drives, motors, belts, and filters.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, and test equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Read manuals and work orders to perform maintenance tasks; work with engineering on special projects.
