Dematic Corp. in Wayne, NJ is seeking a Site Supervisor for our Resident Maintenance team. The role leads day‑to‑day maintenance and performance of material handling machinery, supported by a designated team.
You will drive equipment reliability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction while shaping the maintenance organization. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in maintenance/automation, strong PLC and electrical skills, and proven leadership.
Formación
- Associate degree or technical degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in maintenance, automation, or material handling.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and supervision.
- Experience with PLCs, industrial networks, and electrical schematics.
- Lean methodology experience is a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and direct all functions within the assigned team.
- Resolve operational and technical issues with professional judgment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment reliability problems.
- Develop workflows, responsibilities and reporting structures.
- Participate in budgeting and business planning.
- Communicate process changes to the customer.
- Supervise maintenance metrics and report findings to leadership.
