Job summary

Dematic Corp. in Jenks, OK seeks an Electro-Mechanical Site Manager for Resident Maintenance. You will lead a team of technicians, drive reliability, and oversee safety and performance of automated material handling systems at the customer site.

You will be the primary site liaison, manage KPIs, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring high-quality service and strong customer relationships. Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, controls, and automated material handling systems.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage performance.
• Experience analyzing equipment performance data and implementing corrective actions.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with maintenance operations in automated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of electro-mechanical technicians and maintenance staff.
• Set performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and career development opportunities.
• Conduct performance evaluations and address employee relations matters as needed.
• Identify training needs and implement development plans to improve team capability.
• Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet operations.
• Serve as the site-level liaison between Dematic and the customer.
• Communicate performance and improvement initiatives to stakeholders.
• Analyze KPIs, fault data, and maintenance metrics to identify trends.
• Develop and implement safety, reliability, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and customers.
