Job summary

Dematic is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Site Manager for Resident Maintenance in Jenks, OK. You will lead a team of electro-mechanical technicians and supervisors, oversee maintenance planning, and serve as the main liaison with the customer to ensure safe, reliable operations of automated material handling systems.

You will analyze performance data, drive continuous improvement, and deliver reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, controls, and automated material handling systems.
• Proven ability to lead teams, motivate employees, manage performance, and drive accountability.
• Experience analyzing equipment performance data and implementing corrective actions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve complex operational issues.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CMMS.
• Experience managing maintenance operations in highly automated environments.
• Experience working with customer leadership in a contract service environment.
• Knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment, conveyors, ASRS, robotics, and warehouse technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of electro-mechanical technicians, maintenance supervisors, and support personnel.
• Establish clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and career development opportunities.
• Conduct performance evaluations and address employee relations matters, including corrective actions when necessary.
• Identify training needs through skills assessments and implement development plans to improve team capability.
• Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet operational requirements.
• Serve as the primary site-level liaison between Dematic and the customer.
• Communicate operational performance, maintenance activities, and improvement initiatives to customer stakeholders.
• Manage and analyze KPIs, fault data, and maintenance metrics to identify performance trends and opportunities.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, reliability, productivity, and cost reduction.
• Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and other communications to internal leadership and customers.
• Define workflows, reporting structures, and operating procedures to maximize team effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Forecast staffing, training, tooling, and spare parts requirements to support operational objectives.
