This role provides leadership to the maintenance organization and aims to ensure equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Base pay ranges from $76,000 to $112,000 annually, with final compensation based on location, education, and experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance, automation, or material handling.
• Broad knowledge of maintenance and supervisory practices.
• Proven ability to lead and develop maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and provide direction to all functions within the assigned team.
• Apply professional judgment to evaluate and resolve sophisticated operational and technical issues.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems to ensure reliable equipment performance and continuous operations.
• Establish workflows, job responsibilities, and reporting structures to improve team efficiency.
• Participate in budgets and business plans; suggest improvements for operational efficiency.
• Communicate recommended process changes to the customer; develop justified resource requirements.
• Supervise maintenance metrics and report findings to leadership and the customer.
