Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in maintenance, automation, or material handling.
• Broad knowledge of maintenance, operations, and supervisory practices.
• Proven ability to manage performance and disciplinary actions.
• Experience with PLCs and industrial networks.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and direct all functions within the assigned maintenance team.
• Apply professional judgment to resolve complex operational and technical issues.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems to ensure reliable equipment performance.
• Establish workflows, roles, and reporting structures to improve efficiency.
• Participate in budgeting and business planning for the department.
• Communicate process changes to customers and stakeholders.
• Supervise maintenance metrics and report findings to leadership.
