Dematic Corp. is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician 4 for the Resident Maintenance team in Union City, GA. The role leads troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of conveyor and material handling systems, mentoring junior staff to ensure safe and efficient operations.

The position requires 5-7+ years of maintenance experience, strong electrical/mechanical PLC and automation skills, and the ability to read schematics and technical docs. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Formación

5-7+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
Strong troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC and controls.
Experience with conveyors, sortation and automation equipment.
Ability to read schematics and technical documentation.
Proficiency with CMMS for work orders, PM scheduling, inventory, and asset management.

Responsabilidades

Lead troubleshooting and preventive/predictive maintenance of automated material handling systems.
Mentor technicians, provide technical training and supervision.
Coordinate daily maintenance activities and prioritize work based on safety and impact.
Support equipment installations, upgrades, commissioning, and capital projects.
Drive continuous improvement focused on safety, reliability, and throughput.
