Job summary

GLORY is seeking a Field Service Technician to service customers in the Epping, NH area. You will troubleshoot and repair high-speed cash-handling equipment, manage parts and tools, and stay current with GLORY technology.

This is a full-time, on-site field role supporting banking and retail environments. You will drive a company van from home to customer sites, with an emphasis on safety, quality service, and punctual updates to clients.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or completed electro-mechanics, electrical engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Certificates in related fields, i.e. mechanics, electronics, automation, data processing preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skill.
• Hold a Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage all aspects of customer service and care with our clients.
• Independently troubleshoot and repair a variety of high-speed cash-handling equipment.
• Track and manage parts/tools.
• Stay abreast of changes in technical and functional elements of GLORY equipment.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and timely updates.
