Job summary

Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) in Orlando seeks an ElectroMechanical Engineering and Technology Manager to lead and grow a team of engineers, drive program development, and ensure execution across high‑reliability projects for defense customers.

Responsibilities include coaching, recruitment, performance reviews, budget oversight, and collaboration across functions to deliver top-quality hardware and systems, while maintaining security clearances and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering; Master/PhD preferred.
• 10+ years in Electromechanical Engineering if no degree.
• Proficient with CREO modeling and Windchill; expertise in electromechanical system design.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of engineers; support program development and execution.
• Provide technical coaching and mentoring; recruit, select and train staff.
• Conduct performance assessments, salary planning, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
