Job summary

Weiler Labeling Systems LLC is seeking an Assembly / Service Technician to join the Field Service team in a hybrid role. You will perform electro-mechanical assembly, setup, testing, and debugging of equipment across models, with responsibilities in both field service and assembly teams.

The role requires strong electrical and mechanical knowledge, 5+ years of experience, and travel up to 50% domestically/internationally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with assembly and troubleshooting of light industrial electro-mechanical equipment.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• Technical School Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, repair or install electro-mechanical equipment.
• Decipher manuals and schematics to troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Assist engineers in debugging and evaluating new technologies.
• Provide on-call emergency service and communicate with leadership.
• Educate customers on preventive maintenance and safety regulations.
• Provide general customer service on the phone and in person.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair units in the field.
• Maintain records of service calls, training, and expenses.
