Job summary

ProMach, Inc. is seeking an Assembly / Service Technician for Weiler Labeling Systems in Moorestown, NJ. This hybrid role combines field service and in-house assembly, involving electro-mechanical equipment, troubleshooting, and calibration.

You will travel up to 50% and work with engineers to remediate issues, while educating customers on maintenance and safety. A 5+ year background and an associate degree or technical certification are preferred; benefits include medical, dental, life

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with assembly and troubleshooting of light industrial electro-mechanical equipment.
• Associates Degree preferred or Technical School Certification.
• Excellent working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and complete assembly of industrial machinery.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, repair or install electro-mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair units in the field and in-house.
• Provide on-call emergency service as required.
• Educate customers on preventive maintenance and safety regulations.
• Maintain records of service calls and expenses.
