Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Gardena, CA is seeking an Assembler C to perform simple to semi-complex electro-mechanical assembly under supervision, including wiring and magnetic assembly steps. You may be required to solder to ANSI‑J‑STD‑001 or MIL specs depending on production needs.

Qualifications include a HS diploma (or equivalent) and 2–6 years of related experience, with a soldering test and certification as needed. Schedule is (9/80) with every other Friday off.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent with 2–6 years of electro/mechanical assembly experience.
• Experience assembling electro/mechanical hardware, preferably to military specs.
• Able to pass soldering tests and be certified ANSI-J-STD-001 or IPC610 as required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble Electro-Mechanical parts and inner chassis wiring per work orders and drawings.
• Assemble Magnetic assemblies from core to final assembly.
• Read Engineering BOM and identify hardware characteristics.
• Maintain soldering capability per ANSI-J-STD-001 as required.
