Qualifications

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and work instructions.
• 4+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience or 2 years post-secondary with 0–2 years related experience.
• Pass soldering tests; may require ANSI-J-STD-001 certification.
• Understand hardware identification and installation practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform electro-mechanical assembly and inner chassis wiring.
• Assemble cable and harness assemblies as required by production needs.
• Apply soldering per military specs or ANSI-J-STD-001 when required.
• Read drawings and BOMs to ensure correct hardware installation.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Record time charged to jobs accurately.
• Communicate issues to supervisors promptly.
• Perform other duties to support production requirements.
