Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Anaheim, CA, is seeking an Assembly C to perform simple to semi-complex electromechanical assembly tasks under supervision, including inner chassis wiring, cable assembly, and unit construction from BOMs and drawings. You may be required to meet soldering standards (ANSI-J-STD-001) and IPC610 as part of the role.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 2–6 years of relevant experience, the ability to read English instructions, and strong attention

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 2–6 years of relevant experience, or 2 years post-secondary/Associates with 2 years related experience.
• Able to pass soldering tests and be certified ANSI-J-STD-001 and/or IPC610 as required.
• Must have good knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 and assembly blueprint reading skills.
• Must read and understand English instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electromechanical parts and wire inner chassis connections using various tools.
• Assemble magnetic units from core to final assembly.
• Build and prep crates and pallets as needed.
• Perform cable assembly per drawings and work orders.
• Adhere to safety rules and maintain organized work area.
