Job summary

SIG SAUER, Inc is seeking an Assembler III, Electro-mechanical for its manufacturing environment. You will perform mechanical and electronic assembly, work with teams including engineering, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires experience in assembly, attention to detail, and ability to follow complex procedures while maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required or related experience.
Typically 4-6 years of assembly experience. Electrical or mechanical assembly experience preferred.
Knowledge of electronics and ESD.
Strong attention to quality and detail.
Soldering ability; certification preferred.
Proficient with torque tools and tool operation.
Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel; ERP systems for routing/transactions.
Clear, concise English communication; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

Read and follow detailed work instructions; suggest improvements.
Proficient in multiple electro-mechanical manufacturing processes.
Operate and troubleshoot systems; use torque tools, electric drivers, hand tools, and dispensers.
Identify and correct issues in systems and perform quality inspections.
Support training of others and participate in Continuous Improvement activities.
Occasionally work in other areas or facilities as needed; may require overtime or alternate shifts.
Participate in root-cause problem solving for internal/external quality.
