Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or related experience.
• Typically 4-6 years of assembly experience. Electrical or mechanical assembly experience preferred.
• Knowledge of electronics and ESD.
• Strong attention to quality and detail.
• Soldering ability; certification preferred.
• Proficient with torque tools and tool operation.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel; ERP systems for routing/transactions.
• Clear, concise English communication; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow detailed work instructions; suggest improvements.
• Proficient in multiple electro-mechanical manufacturing processes.
• Operate and troubleshoot systems; use torque tools, electric drivers, hand tools, and dispensers.
• Identify and correct issues in systems and perform quality inspections.
• Support training of others and participate in Continuous Improvement activities.
• Occasionally work in other areas or facilities as needed; may require overtime or alternate shifts.
• Participate in root-cause problem solving for internal/external quality.
