Job summary

SIG SAUER, Inc. seeks an Electro-Mechanical Assembler & Welder to support the RWS Assembly team in NH. You will perform high-quality welding, interpret drawings, and optimize production processes while collaborating across engineering, QA, and production.

The role requires hands-on experience with TIG welding, electromechanical assemblies, and debugging tools, plus a readiness to follow strict safety and ISO procedures in a busy manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 2–5 years of assembly experience.
• 2–5 years of TIG welding experience required.
• Experience with electromechanical systems, PCBAs, wiring, embedded hardware.
• Hands-on debugging with multimeter, oscilloscope, hardware bring-up.
• Experience with CAD programs and ability to learn Excel, SolidWorks, Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical components and subassemblies per drawings and specs.
• Tig weld in a precision environment.
• Follow safety regulations and wear PPE (gloves, masks, shoes).
• Conduct time and process evaluations on production lines.
• Perform wiring, soldering, crimping, and connector assembly.
• Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues with diagnostic tools.
• Functional testing, calibration, and verification of assemblies.
• Read blueprints and BOMs; support prototype builds and QA.
• Maintain records and participate in continuous improvement (5S).
