Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Chandler, AZ is seeking an Assembly Technician III to perform electronic and electro-mechanical assembly tasks, follow blueprints, and ensure tolerances meet specifications on semiconductor equipment.

You will read pneumatic and electrical schematics, perform helium leak testing and module/sub-assembly testing, use hand and power tools, and collaborate with team members to maintain quality and on-time delivery on the production line.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Some technician coursework and/or AA technical degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing/cleanroom environment or a combination of education and experience.
• Experience in helium leak testing, module, sub-assembly testing, and inspection preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics, and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Build mechanical assemblies & sub-assemblies.
• Read pneumatic and electrical schematics.
• Helium leak testing, cabling, module, and sub-assembly testing.
• Operates hand and power tools to complete assemblies.
• Ensures quality standards are met throughout all steps of the assembly process.
• Attendance is an essential job function.
• Performs other duties as required.
