Job summary

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years electro-mechanical assembly experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in electronics preferred.
  • Ability to use small hand tools and measuring devices and read manufacturing docs.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and basic computer skills (MS Office).
  • Experience with test equipment and PCB/storage device programming; color recognition.
  • Experience with reading procedures, drawings and work instructions; MRP/ERP preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble component parts and top-level assemblies.
  • Accept top-level assemblies per acceptance test procedures.
  • Recommend product quality holds when needed.
  • Recommend manufacturing process changes.
  • Initiate internal corrective actions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
