Qualifications

  • Electro-mechanical assembly experience (1–3 years) in manufacturing.
  • HS diploma; electronics degree preferred.

  • Color vision and ability to handle small parts.
  • Basic computer skills and MS Office.
  • Experience with test equipment and PCB/storage programming.
  • Ability to read manufacturing docs and work instructions.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble component parts and top-level assemblies.
  • Accept top-level assemblies per test procedures.
  • Recommend product quality holds.
  • Suggest manufacturing process changes.
  • Initiate internal corrective actions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
