Qualifications

• 1-3 years electro-mechanical assembly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in electronics preferred.
• Ability to use small hand tools and measuring devices; color vision; able to handle small parts; basic computer skills (MS Office).
• Experience with test equipment; PCB and storage device programming; reading and interpretation of manufacturing documentation.
• Strong verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble component parts and top-level assemblies.
• Accept top-level assemblies in accordance with acceptance test procedures.
• Recommend product quality hold.
• Recommend manufacturing process changes.
• Initiate internal corrective actions.
• Other duties as assigned.
