Job summary

Wencor Group seeks an electro-mechanical assembler to support production needs. You will assemble components and top-level assemblies and verify units through acceptance tests in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1–3 years of electro-mechanical assembly, a high school diploma, and proficiency with basic tools, torque devices, calipers, and reading technical documents. Training provided for process improvements and quality controls.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years electro-mechanical assembly experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in electronics preferred.
• Ability to use small hand tools and measuring devices (torque drivers, calipers, arbor press).
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing documentation (work instructions, procedures, drawings).

Responsibilities

• Assemble component parts and top-level assemblies.
• Accept top-level assemblies per acceptance test procedures.
• Recommend product quality holds and manufacturing process changes.
• Initiate internal corrective actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
