Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically 2-4 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience preferred.
• Understanding of electronics and ESD.
• Ability to solder; certification is preferred.
• Skilled with torque tools and general torque tool operation.

Responsabilités

• Read, interpret, and follow detailed work instructions and suggest improvements.
• Proficiency in multiple electro-mechanical manufacturing processes.
• Operate torque tools, electric drivers, and hand tools for assembly; use multimeters and adhesive dispensers.
• Identify and correct issues in systems.
• Perform quality inspections and recognize workmanship defects.
• Understand job routing sheets and possibly train on limited processes.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement tasks and team activities.
• Willing to work overtime or alternate shifts as needed.
