Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, or Systems Engineering with 7–10 years sustaining/production experience.
• Strong electromechanical systems experience (mechanical assemblies, PCBAs, wiring, embedded hardware).
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production and field issues across mechanical and electrical domains.
• Expert in GD&T and tolerance stack analysis.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electromechanical issues in production and field environments.
• Implement engineering changes to mechanical and electrical designs while preserving product architecture.
• Perform root cause analysis on failures using structured methods.
• Manage engineering changes through PLM systems with revision control.
• Analyze test data and field returns to drive corrective actions across mechanical and electrical domains.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead cross-functional improvement initiatives.
