Job summary

SIG SAUER, Inc. is seeking an Automation Assembly Technician II in Newington, NH to assemble and wire automated production equipment, build electrical panels, and assist with machine debug and runoffs.

The role supports plant throughput and requires strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with assembly fixtures, tools, and gages. Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent with 3–6 years of technical experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 3–6 years of technical work experience.
• Experience assembling, wiring, and debugging automation machines.
• Knowledge of reading blueprints and interpreting part specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire and plumb new automation equipment per engineering drawings.
• Maintain machines, fixtures, and tooling on all Assembly Lines.
• Support machine debugging and runoffs for capital equipment per specifications.
• Create, implement, and maintain process documentation including work instructions and control plans.
