Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking an Assembler II for its Mequon, Wisconsin facility. You will perform a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or subassemblies, following defined methods and instructions.

This is a 1st shift role with overtime potential, and the starting rate depends on experience. You will work in a standardized assembly environment, using a range of tools and fixtures, and collaborate with manufacturing leads to ensure quality and

Qualifications

HS diploma or GED required.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; visa sponsorship not available.
1 year of related experience preferred.
Overtime up to 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Assemble components and sub-assemblies on an assembly line per defined processes and timeframes.
Follow BOMs and assembly drawings from manufacturing documents.
Perform rework under guidance of testers and leads.
Support manufacturing orders with engraving, labels, and reports.
Maintain safety, quality, delivery, and productivity standards.
