Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical products and components by following assembly drawings, bills of materials, and standardized work instructions.
• Perform hands-on production tasks including wire preparation, crimping, soldering, testing, and product verification to meet quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while properly operating and caring for production equipment and tools.
• Support production flow through material handling, inventory replenishment, packaging, shipping, and other manufacturing activities as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through team participation, problem-solving, and process improvement initiatives.
