Job summary

Siemens Mobility in Marion, KY is hiring an Assembler to build electro‑mechanical rail signaling and communications equipment. You will follow assembly drawings, BOMs, and standard work instructions, performing wire prep, crimping, soldering, testing, and verification to ensure quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to read work instructions, schematics, assembly drawings, and prints.
• Must understand English to follow verbal instructions.
• Previous mechanical assembly experience preferred.
• Soldering skills may be required; training provided.
• PCB or cable assembly experience may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro‑mechanical products and components per drawings, BOMs and work instructions.
• Perform wire prep, crimping, soldering, testing and product verification to ensure quality.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized work environment and operate production tools.
• Support production flow with material handling, inventory, packaging and shipping tasks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through team meetings and process improvement initiatives.
