Siemens Mobility is seeking an Assembler in Marion, KY to build electro-mechanical rail signaling and communications equipment. You will follow assembly drawings, bills of materials, and standardized work instructions to assemble components.

You will perform wire preparation, crimping, soldering, testing, and verification, while maintaining safety and cleanliness in a production environment. Training for soldering and PCB/cable assembly may be provided where needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to read work instructions, schematics, assembly drawings, and prints.
• Must understand English to follow verbal instructions.
• Previous experience in Mechanical Assembly preferred.
• Previous soldering skills may be required (training/test provided).
• PCB assembly or cable assembly experience may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble electro-mechanical products and components per drawings, BOMs, and work instructions.
• Perform wire preparation, crimping, soldering, testing, and verification to meet quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while operating tools and equipment.
• Support production flow through material handling, inventory replenishment, packaging, shipping, and other activities.
• Participate in team meetings and process improvements to support continuous improvement.
