Job summary

The role requires focus on quality, ability to lift up to 60 lbs with team support, and willingness to work overtime as demanded in a manufacturing environment. On-site position with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or general labor settings.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints or standard work instructions.
• Comfort with standing for extended periods and lifting up to 60 lbs with team lift when needed.
• Willingness to work overtime including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts, wires, hoses, and hydraulics on JLG/Jerr-Dan products using power tools and manual techniques.
• Install product accessories such as decals, mud flaps, cameras, and lights.
• Safely operate an overhead crane to position parts.
• Use hand and pneumatic tools (wrenches, hammers, torque guns) with accuracy.
• Measure accurately using tape measures and other gauges.
• Drill and tap holes for wires, hoses, and small components.
• Identify required options from schematics and standard work instructions.
• Lift and stack subassemblies and parts (up to 35 lbs solo; team lift up to 60 lbs).
• Crosstrain and work in multiple assembly areas; follow written and verbal instructions.
