You will use mechanical, electrical, and manual tools to build components for JLG/Jerr-Dan products and related assemblies, while complying with 6S and safety standards. The role requires the ability to read schematics and blueprints, lift up to 35 lbs solo (60 lbs team), and Crosstrain across areas.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in manufacturing or general labor.
• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions and schematics.
• Willingness to work overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts, wires, hoses, and hydraulics on JLG/Jerr-Dan products using power tools and manual techniques.
• Install product accessories such as decals, mud flaps, cameras, and lights.
• Safely operate an overhead crane to position parts.
• Keep work area clean and follow 6S standards.
• Lift and stack subassemblies up to 35 lbs solo; up to 60 lbs with a team.
