• 3+ years electro-mechanic experience in manufacturing, including automated machinery repair.
• Proficient with power tools and measuring devices.
• Basic knowledge of machine shop practices and 220V power systems.

We're seeking a dynamic Electro-Mechanic Maintenance Technician to join our team and make a difference in the lives of residents in long-term care facilities.

Location: 9006 Yellow Brick Road, Suite F, Baltimore, MD 21237

Schedule: Rotating Schedule: (2 on/2 off, 3 on/2 off, 2 on/3 off)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve system performance to design specifications
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on dispensing and packaging equipment
• Operate Dispensing Systems and perform Shift Lead duties, ensuring proper operation and timely completion
• Troubleshoot system issues, take corrective actions, and minimize downtime
• Requisition repair materials and maintain spare parts inventory
• Define and implement training and preventive maintenance programs
• Use computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking work orders and parts
• Train operators/employees on equipment setup and operation
• Work rotating schedule including weekends and holidays, with overtime and emergency support as needed
• Ensure safety compliance personally and with equipment

Qualifications:

• High School diploma, GED, Technical school, or equivalent
• 3+ years electro-mechanic experience in manufacturing, including automated machinery repair and servicing
• Proficient with power tools and measuring devices
• Basic knowledge of machine shop practices and 220V power systems
