Job summary

SupportFinity™ is seeking candidates for solar construction roles in the United States. Responsibilities include installing SCADA equipment and performing fiber termination, along with a variety of other construction responsibilities. Candidates must be able to lift heavy materials and work in extreme weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• DC Splice and MV Splice.
• Install SCADA Equipment, CAB, and Combiner Box.
• Conduct labeling and fiber termination.
• Assist in various installation tasks including transformers and DC feeders.

Skills

Ability to lift 50+ pounds

Experience in repetitive actions

Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather

Strong teamwork skills

Experience in solar construction projects

Education

Skills & Abilities

• Able to lift 50+ pound materials, maneuvering them into their proper places.
• Able to conduct repetitive actions, such as stooping, bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching.
• This position requires working outdoors in various, often extreme weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, cold, etc.
• Candidates must be able to work in all weather conditions, as safety permits.
• This position may also include exposure to loud noises, dust, debris, and other construction-related hazards.
• Able to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
• Able to follow precise instruction and receive feedback.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work well with others, including colleagues and supervisors.
• Experience working on solar construction projects preferred.

Education

• GED or equivalent education preferred.
