Job summary

ManpowerGroup is assisting a biopharmaceutical leader in New Albany, OH in hiring an Electrician 4 for critical utility systems in GMP settings. You will perform installation, maintenance, and testing to support manufacturing, labs, and cleanrooms, working a 12-hour day shift (6:00 AM–6:30 PM) on a rotating weekly schedule.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 3–5 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience, reading drawings, and knowledge of NEC/OSHA/NFPA

• Experience with electrical distribution systems and controls.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and one-line diagrams.
• Working knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and NFPA standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities in support of biopharmaceutical operations.
• Support electrical systems serving GMP manufacturing, labs, warehouses, and cleanroom environments.
• Ensure all work complies with GMP, GxP, and data integrity requirements, maintaining proper documentation.
• Participate in shutdowns, commissioning activities, and system testing as needed.
• Collaborate with maintenance technicians, engineers, safety, and client stakeholders to ensure reliable and safe electrical infrastructure.

As an Electrician 4, you will be part of the Facilities Operations supporting critical utility systems and GMP-regulated environments. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift

12-hour day shift, 6 AM to 6:30 PM, Week 1: Sunday to Tuesday, Week 2: Sunday to Wednesday

What's the Job?
