Job summary

SpaceX is hiring an Electrical Training Specialist (STARLINK) in Bastrop, TX. The role focuses on developing and delivering hands-on training for production and engineering teams on electrical systems and safety practices.

You will onboard new hires, create training materials, and lead classroom and online modules, working closely with subject matter experts to ensure compliant, effective learning and risk reduction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 2+ years of work experience and increasing responsibility in training coordination, project coordination, and/or learning and development.
• NFPA 70E (Electrical Safety in the Workplace) knowledge or certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training instructions using manufacturing planning-based applications.
• Lead the introduction of training documentation used by production and engineering for on-the-job training.
• Lead new course and content development aligned with engineering specifications.
• Create course materials such as PowerPoints, handouts, and tests for instructor-led programs.
