Job summary

You will collaborate with engineers and subject matter experts to design, edit, and deploy training content, assess learner performance, and support continuous improvements in electrical systems for Starship operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on, instructor-led electrical training experience.
• Journeyman or NCCER industrial license.
• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or education preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP software, MS Office, video editing, and online training development.

Responsibilities

• Create course materials using educational tools and assessments.
• Own and edit training Engineering Masters for relevant courses.
• Design content for audiences and delivery modes (online, classroom).
• Lead training modules for electrical teams and assess learner performance.
• Coordinate enrollments, attendance, and student outcomes.
• Develop process specs and research new technologies.
• Engage with SMEs to gather feedback and improve modules.
• Coordinate with vendors for specialized resources and instruction.
