Job summary

SpaceX is seeking an Electrical Training Specialist to develop and deliver training for production and engineering teams. The role spans classroom, online, and on-the-floor instruction to ensure skill proficiency and safety compliance on Starlink hardware.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with electrical systems, training development tools, and strong communication abilities to collaborate across engineering, quality, and management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 2+ years in training coordination, project coordination, or learning and development
• NFPA 70E knowledge or certification

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training instructions using manufacturing planning-based applications.
• Lead implementation of qualification-based training initiatives for training & certification verification.
• Develop new course content aligned with engineering specifications.
• Create course materials (PowerPoints, handouts, tests) for instructor-led programs.
• Lead training modules (classroom and online) for SpaceX personnel on technical topics.
• Onboard and train new hires, familiarizing them with Starlink user terminal.
• Maintain training documents and SOPs in qualification systems.
