Job summary

SpaceX is seeking an Electrical Technical Trainer to design and deliver hands-on training programs for complex electrical systems used in Starship development. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and practical assessment of learners across online and classroom formats.

You will collaborate with engineers, production, and QA to create Training Masters, evaluate performance, and drive continuous improvements in curriculum and delivery methods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience as a technical/on-the-job trainer.
• Journeyman or NCCER industrial license.

Responsibilities

• Create course materials using educational tools (PowerPoint, handouts, exams).
• Own, create, and edit training Engineering Masters (EMs).
• Design and develop content for online and classroom delivery with clear learning outcomes.
• Lead training modules for electrical teams (classroom and online).
• Assess student performance via tests, projects, and exams.
• Schedule enrollments, attendance, and performance tracking.
• Develop process specs and research on new technologies.
• Perform special assignments (e.g., vehicle/process modifications).
• Gather feedback with cross-functional teams to improve modules.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for resources and instruction.
