Job summary

Ace Electric is seeking a Divisional Training and Development Specialist to implement and manage workforce development across multiple divisions. You will deliver structured programs, evaluate competencies, and facilitate career progression for field employees.

Reporting to operations leadership, you will collaborate with project managers and foremen to identify opportunities, create development plans, and drive continuous improvement in the field workforce.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4–5 years electrical construction experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to travel between jobsites.
• Safety‑conscious and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and facilitate company career pathway training programs for field employees.
• Conduct training using established curricula, materials, and resources.
• Provide classroom and jobsite instructions to reinforce skills and standards.
• Participate in hands-on training based on technical needs and development goals.
• Ensure understanding of performance expectations and career progression.
