Job summary

Ace Electric Inc. seeks a Divisional Training and Development Specialist to lead employee development, technical skill advancement, and workforce excellence across multiple divisions.

You will partner with operations leadership to identify training needs, deliver curriculum, and promote continuous improvement throughout the field workforce. The role reports to Operations and collaborates with HR partners to ensure readiness, establish development plans, and track progress.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver's license required.
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4–5 years electrical construction experience preferred.
• Experience delivering classroom and on-site training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and facilitate career pathway training programs for field employees across divisions and jobsites.
• Conduct classroom-style and jobsite training using established curricula and materials.
• Develop individualized training plans and timelines aligned with employee goals and project requirements.
• Partner with Superintendents, Foremen, Project Managers, Operations Managers, and Division Leadership to support training initiatives.
• Maintain training records, assess progress, and prepare quarterly summaries on training effectiveness.
