Job summary

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience developing and delivering training programs.
Strong understanding of electrical contracting and field operations.
Experience coaching and developing field employees and supervisors.
Ability to communicate effectively with field and office personnel.
Knowledge of OSHA/NFPA safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

Develop, coordinate, and deliver field-based training for electricians and field staff.
Bridge gaps between company standards, safety regulations and field execution.
Create and manage an online training library accessible via project platforms.
Coach supervisors on employee development, accountability, and performance.
Identify performance gaps and align training with KPIs.
Oversee apprenticeship pathways and field mentoring programs.
