Job summary

Travel up to 25% and a strong technical background are essential. Ideal candidates possess an apprenticeship or associate/bachelor degree, 5 years in electrical or related trades, and 1–2 years of facilitation

• 1–2 years of facilitation experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates electrical apprenticeship, QuickStart, and trade-related training classes.
• Collaborates to research, pilot, and implement new training programs.
• Designs and develops curriculum based on organizational needs.
• Conducts on-site coaching and audits at job sites.
• Builds relationships with operational leaders to enable dialogue and trust.
• Supports coordination of apprenticeship programs as needed.
• Improves content and delivery with L&D team and SMEs.
