Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Technical Training Consultant to lead the delivery of electrical and trade-related training. You will coordinate classes, design curricula, and perform jobsite coaching to enhance team skills.

The role requires an apprenticeship or college degree and a strong technical background in electrical or related trades, plus 1–2 years of facilitation experience. Travel up to 25% is expected and work hours align with project needs.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship program or college degree required.
• Experience in electrical, specialty systems, or related trade is preferred.
• Knowledge of adult education principles is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates electrical apprenticeship, QuickStart, and trade-related training classes.
• Collaborates with Apprenticeship Team to develop new training content and programs.
• Designs and develops technical/trade training curricula.
• Conducts on-site coaching and audits to support learning in the field.
• Builds relationships with operational leaders to foster dialogue and trust.
• Coordinates with Apprenticeship Coordinator for program support.
• Works with L&D team to improve content and delivery of training programs.
• Continually expands knowledge of L&D craft and participates in professional organizations.
• Models company culture and professional standards to trainees.
• Demonstrates collaboration and approachability with teammates.
